The Role

Due to their ongoing success and busy events programme there is now an exciting opportunity for a Delegate Registration Coordinator to come on board and support on a number of imminent events.

Reporting to the Senior Delegate Manager, your role will be to support on all aspects of delegate logistics for projects, including:

  • Processing and managing enquiries and bookings for events

  • Managing and executing event registration systems

  • Accurately logging all delegate details onto the system

  • Creating custom name badges

  • Contacting targeted delegate lists and regular attendees

  • Supporting with any registration related issues

  • Supporting the Senior Delegate Manager in managing customer experience and follow up to resolve any customer queries

  • Onsite support and registration

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must have experience of working within the events industry and have proven experience in delegate management and registration. This position requires strong time management and communication skills as well as attention to detail and strong computer skills - with an ability to learn/ use software components promptly.
