Logistics Coordinator - 24k pro rata + 1k bonus on completion of the contract.

7 month contract to start January 18 - interviews within the next two weeks.

Rare opportunity to work on this large scale global event that takes place every 3 years. As Logistics Coordinator you will be providing assistance and support to the Logistics team in the delivery of the conference.

Key responsibilities will include working with suppliers, managing website content and conference app. Managing invites for VIP functions, preparing welcome packs and preparing onsite run sheets. You will work onsite at the event and need to be prepared to travel overseas potentially spending 3-4 weeks leading up to the event. Whilst on site you will assist with the running of the conference breakout rooms, assist with training onsite event staff and ensure all supplies are working and in perfect order.

You will need a minimum of 18 months experience in event management, ideally within the conference and exhibition sector and within an international environment. Highly organised, pro active, enthusiastic and passionate about all things events. High attention to detail, articulate with fluent written and spoken English.
