They are now seeking an Operations Manager to join their team; you will be given the chance to work within a fast paced and exciting environment, as part of a dynamic, close-knit and sociable team.


The Role

Due to ongoing growth they are now looking for an Operations Manager to join the team. Working specifically within their bars division this is a broad role encompassing operational delivery of events and mentoring of a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Liaising with client representatives to ensure requirements are understood
*Managing the day to day operational delivery of events
*Developing and circulating an operational plan
*Implementing health & safety procedures and risk assessments
*Conducting the provision of licensing etc. for the event
*Organising logistics for stock, staffing, etc.
*Working closely with other internal departments to ensure successful delivery
*Managing event budgets to ensure profitability
*Leading the operations team by example and mentoring Operations Leads
*Overseeing the successful delivery of events onsite

The Candidate

Candidates must have experience managing operations in an event-lead industry; ideally from a festival or outdoor events environment however candidates from an AV, production, exhibition design & build or large scale venue environment may also be considered. Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team are key attributes for this role. Most importantly we are looking for candidates who are passionate about the outdoor events industry and are keen to progress in a forward thinking business!
