Shaka Zulu to host ISES networking event

06/06/2011

South African-themed venue Shaka Zulu will host the next ISES networking evening in a bid to raise funds for industry charity, Meetings Industry Meeting Needs (MIMN), later this month.

‘ISESTALKS Out of Africa’ will take place at the Camden venue on 14 June and will feature talks from Roger Payne, owner of Shaka Zulu and Martin Lewis, M&IT’s managing editor and chairman of MIMN.

The world famous Drum Cafe will also host an interactive drumming experience and catering will be taken care of by Shaka Zulu’s chef, author and television personality, Barry Vera, who will be cooking up a feast of South African cuisine.

The event – geared to the creative events industry - will see 50 per cent of all proceeds donated to worthy causes relevant to the events industry through MIMN.

Richard Foulkes, director of Imagination and ISES UK chapter president added: “We are really excited about our next ISESTalks. We hope to encourage the creative events industry to support this event and raise funds for such a good cause. It promises to be a memorable evening.”
