Zibrant has acquired global conference and event lead generation business Goldserve for a total consideration of £5.25m.
Goldserve operates more than 2,000 lead and enquiry websites globally, generating in excess of 10,000 event enquiries per year which will provide Zibrant (part of the Motivcom Group) with a new business generation channel.
Nigel Cooper, divisional managing director of Motivcom and chairman of Zibrant, said: “The second I met Emmet (founder of Goldserve) and understood how the business worked I knew that Goldserve would be a great addition to the Motivcom group and a perfect fit with Zibrant.
