W&O Events has merged with its sister companies, communications specialist, Choice Healthcare Solutions and Asian-based clinical research organisation, Choice Pharma to form a new company, ChoiceOne.

The events side of the business will continue to be run as W&O, as it is well known to clients and the industry, but the company will now be able to offer medical communications and clinical trial management to its existing healthcare clients under the new ChoiceOne brand.

Being part of the newly-formed group also provides an increased international presence for W&O, with ChoiceOne regional headquarters in Dubai, New York, Lausanne and Shanghai.

Sallie Coventry, managing director of W&O Events, said of the merger: “This is an exciting time for W&O; we are delighted to be able to introduce our healthcare clients to a wider range of services and expertise through the group.”
