QEIICC invites tenders for three-year hotel booking contract

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) is looking for a hotel booking agent partner to provide in the region of 3,500 room nights per year. The contract on offer is for three years and the Westminster venue is actively seeking tenders.

Sue Etherington, commercial director, The QEIICC said: “We are looking for a hotel booking agent partner in order to create a preferred supplier relationship so that we can offer a seamless venue and accommodation booking service to our clients.

We will be looking for a company who will work with us to provide the best possible service for organisers and delegates in the provision of packages for accommodation, travel and leisure.”

The current contract expires at the end of April 2012.
The number of service providers invited to tender will be five to 15 and the closing date for tenders is 31 January 2012.
