The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) has restructured its commercial team to facilitate revenue generation and to focus the team on clients’ priorities and objectives in order to win their business.
Sue Etherington, commercial director, said: “The two teams in the sales office have been combined to create a team of four account managers, and a new role has been created specifically to focus on revenue management and yield. The new restructure facilitates a stronger team culture with shared skills and knowledge and encourages all team members to grow their careers as well as servicing our clients in a wider team environment.”
The restructure sees Becky Hoffman appointed as revenue and commercial manager, Catherine Cook becomes senior account manager, with Jamie Ades, Tony Brinsden and new recruit Susie Evans becoming account managers.
Susie Evans joins The QEIICC from the Government’s prestigious fast track scheme, where she gained valuable experience in management, strategic planning and client facing roles within the Department for Work and Pensions.
