The International Congress and Convention Association’s (ICCA) first educational event of 2012 will take place in Cardiff in February.

The UK & Ireland Chapter Winter Debate, entitled ‘Playing to our strengths’, will focus on how organisations can attract international congresses through superior service levels and delegate experience.

Details regarding the event – which will take place in the Welsh city on 23-24 February – will be announced in early January. The two-day conference will include networking opportunities and a gala dinner. Speakers at the event will give examples of winning business as well as highlighting successful case studies.
