Industry professionals will discuss the latest technology available to enhance the conference experience at a free breakfast briefing.

‘Conferencing: 2012 and Beyond’ is being organised by communications specialist Max WiFi together with the Mermaid Conference & Events Centre in London and will give attendees the opportunity to experience, first-hand, some of the latest event technology.

Speakers will include Michael Foreman, chairman of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO); Richard Hughes, managing director of Max WiFi; Simon Burgon, managing director of 360R and Mike Fletcher, contributing editor for London & Partners.

The event will take place on Thursday 19 January from 7.45am-10.45am. Conference organisers and venue managers can register their interest in attending by emailing info@bigwednesdaypr.com and can follow the event on Twitter by using #ConferenceBeyond. Organisations to have already confirmed attendance include CCT Venues, Origen, HFW and the British Science Association.
