International Confex – which is set to take place in just over a month at ExCeL London – has signed up 26 new exhibitors in the last week. A mix of UK and international suppliers, venues and destinations have come on board including the Radisson Edwardian, De Vere, Ibiza Convention Bureau, Jordan, Flanders and Brussels, and the University of Sussex.

James Samuel, event manager for International Confex, said: “The reaction from all sectors of the industry to the news of the International Confex Loyalty Programme and Confex Knowledge seminar sessions has proved to be incredible. With 26 bookings made this week alone, coupled with the strong pre-registration attendance figures, it is clear that the Christmas break has not affected momentum.”

Amanda Cole, business development manager for the University of Sussex, added: “International Confex is one of the most important shows to exhibit in. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet buyers who wouldn't have been aware of our versatile conference and event facilities. I'm especially looking forward to the PA Day, as it is usually the PAs who initially collate and organise their companies meetings, conferences and events.”
