Revamped Brighton Centre comes to Confex in 3D

03/02/2012

Visitors to this year’s International Confex will be treated to a virtual 3D tour of Brighton Centre which has just undergone a £1m renovation.

Significant enhancements were made to the venue during the project, with improvements including an extension of the larger reception area, a complete redesign of the third floor restaurant and the refurbishment of auditorium 1 and 2.

The centre’s team will be on the VisitBrighton stand at Confex where they will present the improvements through the fully-interactive 3D virtual tour, allowing visitors to walk through the venue and explore the refurbishments, as well as providing further information about the centre and arranging appointments for visits.

Business and communications manager at The Brighton Centre, Penny Parker said: “We are looking forward to showcasing our excellent new facilities to all conference and exhibition organisers attending International Confex this year. The refurbishment represents a significant and comprehensive upgrade of our conference, exhibition and meeting spaces. It also capitalises on our fantastic location, bringing us closer to the seafront and providing delegates with inspiring, uninterrupted views of the sea through new floor-to-ceiling windows. The 3D virtual tour brings these improvements to life for visitors and is the next best thing to seeing the Centre in person”.

This year’s Confex take place at ExCeL London from the 6-8 March.
