Miami to Ibiza via the London Aquarium

Merlin events team provide guests an aquatic taste of Miami and Ibiza
15/03/2012

Miami and Ibiza’s hedonistic nightlife was experienced by event professionals at the SEA LIFE London Aquarium  this week as they were ‘flown’ from 'Miami2Ibiza' at the Merlin Events showcase.

More than 250 guests from across the industry attended the event which included the chance to see the newly refurbished Shark Walk and Rainforests of the World Area, as well as indulge in a variety of cocktails, canapés and drinks, including All-American mini cheeseburgers, South Beach Iced Tea Cocktails and Bikini Martinis.

As part of Merlin Events' ongoing interactive campaign to engage with organisers through social media, partygoers were asked what they would like the event’s ‘Ibiza pool boys’ to wear: classic Speedos or white shorts. White shorts won the majority of the votes and were worn by the pool boys on the night.
