Glasgows to produce Osteoporosis and Bone Conference 2012

Preston-based agency Glasgows is continuing its expansion into the private and third sector and has won a contract to produce the Osteoporosis and Bone Conference 2012 in Manchester.

The National Osteoporosis Society selected Glasgows following a three-way pitch. The four-day conference will take place from 1-4 July at the Manchester Central Convention Centre.Hosted by the National Osteoporosis Society, the Bone Research Society and the Paget’s Association, the event will bring together more than 1,000 clinicians, health professionals and scientists.

Following a number of business wins, Glasgows has also recruited three new members of staff.

Head of business development at Glasgows, George Thompson said: “Glasgows has a fantastic history of producing healthcare events and we’re absolutely delighted to be working with the National Osteoporosis Society. The Annual Conference is their largest and most important event of the year and we’ll ensure this is the best yet.”
