Pure Events hires Nicola Roodt in new management role

Roodt tasked with continuing expansion, after agency reports yearly growth of 20 per cent over last 4 years

Pure Events has appointed Nicola Roodt in the newly-created role of business development manager, to help continue its pattern of growth into 2017.

Roodt joins the agency from Crazy Cow Events, where she held the same role.

It comes after Pure Events recruited an operations director, two event manager and one events assistant in 2016, as well as the appointment Richard Waddington as its new chairman.

The agency has reported year on year growth of 20 per cent for the last four years.

Speaking on Roodt's appointment, founder and managing director Charlotte Wilson said: "I believe that Nicola will be a great asset to the growing team. She has that something special that we always look for when growing the team. I am sure she is going to achieve great things here."

Roodt added: "I am delighted to be working at Pure Events, and see an exciting future ahead of me here. I have never worked for a full service event management agency, so I am looking forward to learning as much as I can and delivering excellent results for the company. The team here are so friendly and have made me feel part of the family already."
