Agency, formerly Powwow Events, says new branding better reflects creative offer

Powwow Events is rebranding to become Powwow to better reflect its creative offer.

The Clapham-based agency says its new brand, which will be showcased in a new website, showcases its 19 years’ experience within the creative events industry.

It comes as the agency announces its recent business wins, including a series of roadshow events for the financial sector, for 2017.

Powwow director Amanda Edgcumbe said of the new branding: "Being involved in creative events we wanted to showcase some of the amazing work we have worked on over the years and felt that our current brand, website and communications did not necessarily reflect that. We have challenged ourselves over the past year to articulate what our brand is to both us and our customers and are delighted to at last be able to share our thinking."

Edgcumbe said plans this year included consolidating the agency's current client pool while extending its reach to associate companies.
