Globe is expecting turnover to rise 40 per cent for the third consecutive year, following a rebrand and office move to cater for its staff and business growth.

The Buckinghamshire-based agency, part of the Giles Group, says its personal approach to clients and the ability to bring all services in-house has been behind its expansion.

It comes as the agency welcomed two new joiners to the team, Kirsty Tod as Senior Event Manager and Zoe Powell as Event Manager, as well as having unveiled its new brand identity and website late last year. It is now recruiting for a Business Development Manager, which it hopes will spur on growth even more.

Globe’s Head of Events and Leisure Mandy Burns said: "The past three years have been extremely successful for Globe; this is down to a fantastic team who are completely dedicated to creating a bright future for the company as well as bringing our recent rebrand to life.

"Last year we set our budgets and targets for 2016-17, to do another 40 per cent growth in turnover. Now we've got two months to go and every month we've achieved targets without a business development manager. Just imagine what we can achieve with this dedicated resource."

The Amersham agency moved offices late last year, doubling their office space to allow for a brainstorming room and private meeting space.
