Bluehat is looking for a new CEO for the second time in six months after Phil Madden's departure from the board.

A notice has been filed with Companies House saying that Madden's tenure as a director was terminated on Tuesday 28 March.

Madden, who joined Bluehat in March 2016 as a financial director, had only been in the role since September, after previous CEO Tim Shepley stood down.

After his appointment as CEO, Madden said at the time: "I am incredibly honoured to have been invited to take the reins at such a vibrant and successful company as Bluehat. The company has a well-earned reputation for the quality of its team building events and for its support for corporate learning and development. I am delighted to have been given the chance to work with the senior management team to build on its current position. I am confident that our future is as bright as it has ever been."

Bluehat has not responded to a request for comment.
