New York-based Briggs acquired by AlliedPRA

AlliedPRA says DMC acquisition is part of a strategy to expand in New York market

AlliedPRA has acquired New York destination management company Briggs, part of a strategy to expand AlliedPRA’s reach into the local marketplace.

Anthony Napoli, president of Briggs, will continue to lead the team under the Briggs brand, now owned and operated as an AlliedPRA Company. Gary Newman, and Cosimo Bruzzese, will continue their leadership of Briggs in the roles of executive vice president, finance and operations, and vice president of business development, respectively.
