Drp has been growing over the past year, with significant expansion in its digital, technical services, communications and video teams. The latest drp team head count, across four different UK locations, has reached more than 200 people, with the latest figure at 226.

This year, the digital team has expanded by 10 new people, followed by technical services, communications, and video, all with seven new starters each. Drp also gained a further 22 employees with the acquisition of Penguins, the incentive events agency based in Windsor.

Due to this expansion, in 2016 drp increased its turnover by more than £2m as it acquired 16 new clients, adding an increase on its turnover from £14.5m to £16.6m.

By the end of 2017, drp is aiming to reach for a £21m turnover and by 2020 the target is to reach a £30m turnover.

Drp CEO Dale Parmenter said: “I’m delighted to see year on year the growth of the company and the newest acquisition of Penguins being a drp company. We have been a part of some remarkable projects, winning and being shortlisted for numerous awards already this year. We are continuing to move in the right direction and I’m confident to enter 2018 with our expanding customer base. The drpteam is feeling motivated and energised for what’s ahead."
