Drpdigital hosted its second interactive open day for 30 students studying advanced website development  at Worcester University last week. The open day was created to help showcase to students nearing the end of their degree what it would be like working in a digital agency.

The students were taken on a grand tour of the drp 212 HQ, which led into several interactive sessions that were presented by the drp team. The sessions were created to show how each team member has progressed within their role at drp and how to kickstart a career at a agency.

Several members of the drp team have graduated from Worcester University and drp as a company continues to provide opportunities for skilled students.

Worcester University associate lecturer, Sean Preston said: “This is the second year we've been welcomed to drp and our students always come away from the visit with a greater passion and insight for the digital industry.

"I would like to thank Ben Wallace and the drpteam for their continued support, and for providing a highly valuable experience for our students. We look forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come.”

Ben Wallace, director of drpdigital added: “The Worcester University day proved to be an astounding success last year, so it was only right we carried this on.

"To see and hear from people who have recently been in their shoes and to be provided with valuable advice is a great experience for the students, and is something myself and the team are extremely proud of. We look forward to carrying this on in 2019 and even further.”
