The Event Marketing Association (EMA) is running a final GDPR clinic on Friday 27 April.

The event is one of the last chances for event professionals to get to grips with the new data regulations before they come into force next month.

An EMA spokesperson said: “After our two really successful GDPR events we thought it would be a good idea to run one final clinic, less than a month out from the deadline, to offer essential need-to-know tips to approaching GDPR.

“The session will focus on the essential things you need to have in place before 25 May. It will be an open, informative and interactive round table session, a clinic if you will, so you can ask the experts any burning questions you have about GDPR.”

The session will be run by Debrah Harding, MD of the Market Research Society, and David Chalmers, senior marketing director of CVENT Europe, at Hilton London Bankside on Friday 27 April.

The morning event
will begin with breakfast at 8.15am and networking, followed by the round table discussion at 9am. Things will wrap up by 10.30am.
