M&IT has launched a new education and engagement event for the corporate event organiser in response to demand from industry suppliers who have experienced the M&IT Agency Challenge.

The M&IT Corporate Challenge will be organised in association with the Event Marketing Association (EMA) - the only UK association exclusively for corporate in-house event planners and marketers – to ensure the best possible quality of attendance from corporate executives.

The event will be staged at London’s The Lensbury on September 19-20, 2019. EMA is a non-profit organisation, run by a volunteer Executive Council with commitment to education and learning, best practice and industry representation. EMA has more than 350 members.

For the M&IT Corporate Challenge 2019, EMA will promote the event to its own membership and advise on educational content, content design, speaker recruitment, speaker management and delegate promotion. Education sessions will be on the subjects of trends, tech, new legislation and creativity.

Richard Waddington, chair of EMA, said: “Having visited the M&IT Agency Challenge last year it was great to see education and team building activities integrated throughout the event. Attendees learnt not only about the suppliers and destinations that were there but also communication skills, team building experiences and new innovation technology coming to the industry. EMA is excited to be working with M&IT in creating the first M&IT Corporate Challenge next year.”

The M&IT Challenge format is a unique, interactive concept that is exciting, engaging and completely different from other standard buyer/supplier events in the market.
