Wildgoose has welcomed four new team members into the business to help meet demand following continued growth, which has seen gross profit rise to £1.4m.

The move comes as Wildgoose continues to diversify the range of team activities and engagement solutions, to accommodate an increasing trend for bespoke events.

Founder and MD of Wildgoose Jonny Edser said: “We made the decision to expand the team following a period of 45 per cent year-on-year growth, gross profit figures are up from £981,000 in 2016/17 to £1.43m 2017/18.

“The addition of our new team members means we can continue to invest in the development of indoor engagement solutions, and accommodate challenging events across a range of industries. All our new recruits share our vision for the future of employee engagement and we’re very excited for things to come.”

Grace Kennedy has been appointed as financial controller and will head up the finance team, making the move from the world of logistics to events. Carmen Chan joins as an account executive and has extensive knowledge of the industry having set up and organised her own health food trade show.

Meanwhile, two new events executives have been appointed in the form of Leigh Duncombe and Alex Bond.
