Touch associates delivers Ford Fiesta launch in Spain

Surrey-based event management company launches new Ford model with four week media event in Valladolid

Touch associates has won Ford as a client for the media launch of the new Ford Fiesta in Spain.

The event, which is currently running, is expected to host more than 600 media and VIP guests from more than 20 markets over four weeks in Valladolid, making it Ford’s largest media launch event in 2017.

David Bottrill, touch associates board director, said: “We are delighted to be working with Ford and to support them with such a high-profile event. The project is being delivered by a dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate team who have a vast experience of delivering media events, including previous events for Ford of Europe.

“We are only in the first of four weeks of the event but so far the feedback has been excellent from both the client and their media guests.”

With the aim of driving brand advocacy, the launch has been designed to engage the audience in a different way from previous unveilings, ensuring a warm, welcoming and emotional Ford experience. Additionally, in a departure from the norm, the first group to attend the launch was made up of a group of influencers, lifestyle media and bloggers who had the first chance to experience the new car.
