Inntel is expanding its in-house out of hours team with the addition of five new recruits.

The new consultants - Phil Kidby, Farida Mohamed, Ripinder Dhody, Axel Bikinkita and Constance Wilcox - will assist the existing team in providing support to corporate clients wishing to book business accommodation and travel outside Inntel’s office opening hours.

While Inntel provides a 24-hour online booking tool, iCentral, CEO Douglas O’Neill said it was essential to offer both technological and human booking support.

He said “Clients can of course book through iCentral at any time, however, many clients who are looking to make and amend bookings late at night or due sudden business travel changes often prefer to speak to an expert consultant for reassurance as last-minute changes can be a stressful situation, particularly when travelling abroad or somewhere unfamiliar.

“By operating a fully in-house out of hours service, we can oversee performance and identify training areas to ensure the same high level of service is delivered to our clients 24 hours a day.”

Between them, the new team members boast more than 80 years’ experience in the business travel industry coming from travel management companies across the UK, and will bring invaluable knowledge to Inntel’s out of hours team.
