Experiential agency TRO has started 2016 with a recruitment drive.

Three new faces have joined, while four positions are currently being advertised with job specifications being drawn up for another four roles.

George Bentley and Amy Hopkins have joined as junior creative artworkers, alongside account manager Sophie Randall who has arrived from The Appointment Group Global Events.

Increased demand and a series of promotions to senior positions have prompted the phase of recruitment at the West London company, said group talent director Nicky Morgan.

Lucie Hammerton, talent manager, added: “We have had a very busy start to the year and this is reflected in our recruitment activity. We are currently looking to fill a number of diverse roles across our UK offices – including account handlers, an internal marketing manager and a workshop technician. We are seeking bright, passionate individuals to help drive our business forward in 2016.”
