iCandy and ghd among client wins for Simply Better

Yorkshire agency set for new branding and website as it marks 15th anniversary

Yorkshire-based Simply Better has secured three high-profile contracts with iCandy, ghd and a utility company, to manage staff and customer events.

Pushchair manufacturer iCandy has briefed Simply Better to deliver a customer event in Manchester in May, featuring a VIP dinner and entertainment; while a water and sewage company has appointed the agency to manage its management conference for 600 leaders; and Simply Better delivered hair care brand ghd’s annual conference and 15th anniversary celebrations in Leeds in January.

Director Rob Woodhead said: “We are experiencing increased demand for our live events expertise and are delighted to be working with iCandy, ghd in our anniversary year.

“Much has changed since Chris (Holt) founded the business in 2001 but we’ve stayed true to the values that we set out with on day one. We’re a family-run business and family values remain close to our heart.”

Simply Better, headquartered in Keighley, is marking its 15th anniversary this year with new branding and a redesigned website. It is also running a series of forums aimed at internal communications specialists.

Woodhead added: “We understand that businesses face challenges in articulating and communicating their mission, vision and values to large numbers of colleagues, often with diverse roles and working at different locations.

“As demand increases for our services, we are investing in the expertise within our team.”
