AC Tours targets meetings and incentives business in rebrand to AC Group

Destination management company restructures business under meetings and incentives, online sales and leisure brands

UK destination management company AC Tours has rebranded to become AC Group and has divided its services under three separate brands.

The inbound tour operator says the restructure is aimed at growing its meetings and incentives offer, by giving it a stronger identity.

The business has been split between leisure groups, online sales and a tailor-made meetings and incentives service, under the separate brands of AC Tours, AC Online and AC Luxe.

Rob Russell, director of AC Group, said: "We are really excited by the rebrand of the company and the new strands to our business. We see incredible value in what the name AC Tours stands for in the leisure group market but following feedback we feel that the name wasn’t quite right for the tailor made and meetings and incentive business as it didn’t give a true reflection of our offering.

"In recent times we have seen a significant growth in the demand for the more dedicated personalised service that we have been offering and believe that the launch of AC Luxe will enable us to take this to the next level for both our growing tailor made FIT (fully inclusive traveller) programmes and our ever expanding meetings and incentive business."

The new brand will be officially launched at IMEX America on 18-20 October.
