AOK Events aims to double in size by 2021

New hires and new event tech form part of three-year bid for growth

AOK Events has revealed plans to double in size by 2021 – with new hires and new event tech aiding the expansion.

The team went to Goodwood Estate last month to plan for the next push of the company vision – and plans were revealed to double the company size within the next three years as well as investing in at least two more unique revenue streams for the business.

CEO Alex Hewitt said: “I am incredibly excited by the future here at AOK Events and I think we have an outstanding opportunity for AOK Events to become one of the dominant event management companies in the UK”.

After adding 11 new recruits to the team in 2017, AOK Events has begun the made two further additions to the company in early 2018.

Chris West joins AOK Cavendish as business development executive, joining from Villiers, where he worked on high-profile events including the Rugby World Cup, Wimbledon and the Australian Grand Prix.

Jonathan Foulkes will be joining the AOK Cavendish team in early February. Relocating from Leeds, Foulkes will become the third business development executive on the AOK Cavendish team, specializing in corporate hospitality sales.

The firm has also launched new tech product Eventrax, a booking system that allows users to manage customer and staff events programmes online.
