A Glasgow events agency has expanded its client offer with the unveiling of an in-house private events space, following a move to new offices.

Amazing Days director Ross McKinnon said the company wanted to have its own private event space after missing out on small bookings from clients with limited budgets.

The company turned the ground level of its new premises in Finnieston into a flexible event space with a custom-made table that can be joined to seat 16 boardroom style, or broken into smaller tables. The room can also be used for team building activities and has a 50-inch screen TV and blackboard.

McKinnon says: "We were missing out on loads of small bookings; every week we were missing out because we had smaller groups which didn't have a huge budget, and by the time we were hiring a function space and paying top dollar for beers or coffees, it was pushing things out of budget.
"Bringing it in-house means we can do things much more cost effectively for clients."

It comes after the agency welcomed 10 representatives from inbound destination management companies next earlier this month, in a fam trip being hosted by Visit Scotland. Amazing Days organised for attendees to participate in a speed boat adventure, off-road driving in 4x4s and a helicopter tour.
