BCD Meetings & Events launches Smart Meeting

New technology product has been designed to manage specific needs throughout the meetings management process

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has launched Smart Meeting, a technology platform designed to manage specific event management needs.

Ted Stone, senior vice president of global technology at BCD M&E, said: “Our newest proprietary technology gives meeting owners a choice. They have the power to choose the full suite to support meetings management or the individual solutions that work best for them now – with the scalability for future needs.”

Smart Meeting is made up of Smart Invitation, Smart Expense and Smart Registration. Smart Invitation is a multi-user invitation application that simplifies and automates the meeting invite process . Smart Expense is a fully-automated online attendee expense management tool that captures domestic and international expenses as well as meeting spend, while Smart Registration is a simplified attendee management tool.

Stone added: “We are the only global meetings and events agency to offer customisable technology that provides this level of flexibility, detail and specific meetings management capability as part of our service offering."
