Bluehat Group has shaken up its sales team in a bid to build more sustainable client relationships, appointing three sales managers as its new team leaders.

The company has promoted Corinne Tatham, Helen O’Neill and Mark Dishington - who between them have more than 20 years with the company - to manage the newly structured team.

The trio will head the newly created subsections of corporate, agency and new business.

Commercial director Ben Parkinson said: "Specialising Bluehat’s sales team into corporate, agency and new business teams allows us to build more sustainable relationships with our clients and assist with the different enquiries we receive from our range of clients.

"We are really excited to see what new and exciting ideas these three can bring to the management level of the company and their commitment to delivering the best team building and corporate events for our clients."

Tatham, who has represented Bluehat Group at its American office Catalyst Events, has become agency sales manager. She has also worked at Tewin Bury Farm and has extensive experience within its event sales team.

O'Neill will work closely with Bluehat Group's new business team, managing a team of three.

Dishington will continue managing the company's key corporate accounts, bringing 12 years' experience at Bluehat to the role.
