Business development director Colin O’Neill is to leave the Advantage Travel Partnership in early 2017 after 16 years.

O’Neill will leave at the end of February and until then will work closely with the executive team to ensure a smooth handover.

Julia Lo Bue-Said, MD of the Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “In the years that Colin has been with the business we have seen Advantage develop into the business it is today, with Colin being an integral part of the company’s evolution.

“Following the recent changes to my leadership team with Paul Nunn now director of operations, Nick Moser as finance director and latterly Paula Lacey as group commercial director, I will be recruiting a replacement for Colin, however in a slightly different role.

“I have always committed to investing in the right people and finding talent with the skills to take the business forward on your behalf.”

Colin O’Neill said: “The Advantage central team, the members and business partners have been a key part of my business life for the last sixteen years and the decision to leave is not one that I have taken lightly. I will always look back with the greatest fondness on my time within a great organisation surrounded by exceptional people.”
