First Protocol has rebranded to become FIRST, in a move the agency says will represent its growth, position and commitment to clients.

The agency, with bases in London, New York and Singapore, has launched an updated website to reflect its new identity.

The re-brand follows a series of major changes within the company, including the appointment of Barry Richards as president of the company's expanded managed services division, and the acquisition of Barkley Kalpak Agency (BKA).

Chris Hobbs, global CMO, said: "We are thrilled to announce our rebrand, which reflects our agency mantra that clients’ needs come first.

"We have built a dynamic, industry-leading agency that is uniquely positioned to work with clients on every aspect of their events – the depth of experience and talent across creative strategy, production, and global execution throughout the team is truly compelling."

Mark Riches, managing director for FIRST London, said: "Over the past 20 years we have consistently stayed ahead of trends and market changes by offering new capabilities such as advisory services, resourcing solutions, creative content solutions and technology that expand our market reach and build our expertise. We will continue to provide the high-touch services our clients have come to expect from our teams around the world."
