Top Banana is welcoming four new starters across its UK operations as the agency bids to expand with new talent.

Client services director Jez Audus and senior account manager Meredith Bloom have joined Top Banana’s London office, while marketing communications manager Polly Elliott and motion graphics designer Shaz Tang have been recruited to the firm’s head office in Broome in the West Midlands.

Top Banana MD Nick Terry said: “This latest group of new starters brings a really broad skill set to the business, which is exactly what we need to develop and grow in line with our ambition for 2020. It’s good to see our London office flourish and to have fresh creative talent to help us deliver great events for all our clients.”

The appointments take the headcount at Top Banana to 52, with 46 based in the Midlands and six in the London office.

Audus, who has 12 years of events industry experience, will head up client accounts across the financial services, automotive and construction sectors.

Bloom graduated from University of the Arts London in set design and has worked on conferences, incentives and experiential events for clients across the industry since starting her career in events four and a half years ago.

Tang has worked in motion graphics since graduating in 2014, while Elliott has lots of hands on experience in developing and growing brand awareness and described the company as “an exciting, growing business with a unique ethos and a great bunch of people.”
