Freeman focuses on data with US acquisition

Brand experience specialist has acquired New Jersey-based market research company Exhibit Surveys

Experiential specialist Freeman has acquired US market research and consultancy business Exhibit Surveys.

The global company, which operates event management and brand experience agency FreemanXP, has moved for the New Jersey-based Exhibit Surveys, and says the acquisition will enhance its understanding of event data and measurement. 

Exhibit Survey has established itself as a leader in industry benchmarking, and has conducted primary research on more than 5,000 exhibitions and events around the world.

Freeman’s UK operations and clients are set to benefit, said Kim Myhre, SVP and managing director of FreemanXP’s Europe, Middle East and Africa arm.

"FreemanXP’s acquisition of Exhibit Surveys is in recognition of the increasing importance of research, data analytics and reporting that enables our clients to more accurately design and measure the effectiveness of their brand experience campaigns,” he said.

"The Exhibit Survey team will work closely with FreemanXP digital and strategy teams here in the UK to insure that our clients here in the EMEA region have the data and analysis they need to make informed decisions about their marketing investments.”

Exhibit Surveys and its employees will remain in New Jersey, and will operate under the FreemanXP banner.
