Freeman has made two senior appointments, including a new role to develop internal talent.

The experiential agency has assigned Gillian Brackenbury-Peace as talent development advisor in the EMEA region and promoted Steve Comar to the executive team as director of operations.

Brackenbury-Peace brings eight years' experience to the role, most recently as learning and development project manager at Whitbread Restaurants. She will identify and implement initiatives to develop talent, including exploring partnerships with colleges and universities in the regions of Freeman offices.

Comar joined Freeman in 2014 as graphics director and will work alongside outgoing director of operations David Pilinski until the end of the year.

Anthony Floreano, managing director, Freeman in EMEA, commented: "These are both very important appointments for the EMEA business, as Freeman looks to cement its position as the premium provider of brand experiences in the region, and establish itself as the number one place for attracting and growing talent in our industry.

"David Pilinski will continue to support our focus on operational excellence and customer service as a member of the executive team through to June 2017, when he and his family return to the US to continue his Freeman journey."
