As experts we must always remain on the cutting edge, constantly ask tough questions and challenge the status quo. The T&I committee will ensure members are on top of the latest trends, tech and innovation that can improve business and deliver better customer experiences.”

The committees objectives for 2016 and beyond include launching a new HBAA website to represent the "professionalism and high quality of the association’s membership". The committee is also looking to recruit tech experts to educate and inspire at member meetings.
