Lowe hits heights as Conference Care scoops top agent award

Conference Care was declared the nation’s top hotel booking agent last night when the Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) presented its awards at the Radisson Blu Hotel at Stansted Airport.

Conference Care’s Louise Lowe picked up the Agent of the Year Award on behalf of the company following BDRC Continental’s in-depth research over a six-week period among competing agents. The research was developed “to ensure a sector specific benchmark quality of service, effective processing, clarity of communication and market knowledge”.

Peter Ducker, executive director of the HBAA, said: “The HBAA Annual Awards celebrate the hard work and commitment of our members; my heartfelt congratulations go out to everyone.”
