M&IT Awards voting up by a fifth as new website is unveiled

New website launches today, as a record number of votes are cast for 2016 M&IT Awards

A new M&IT Awards website has been launched

M&IT Magazine has launched a new, dedicated website for the M&IT Awards, as it revealed record voting numbers for 2016.

The new-look website is a smart and simplified platform for those wanting to discover more about the industry's biggest awards show, as well as purchasing tickets. It is also mobile-friendly.

It comes as the number of votes for the 2016 M&IT Awards jumped more than 20 per cent, after voting closed on 9 December. More than 7,000 votes have been counted, up from 5,500 for the 2015 awards.

M&IT marketing communications director Maria Voller said: "It's here! We're delighted to share with you the new website for the M&IT Awards, which goes live today. The site has been graphically enhanced and simplified to make navigation easier in a fully mobile responsive way. Whether you’re looking for more information on sponsors, wish to buy a ticket, or find out more about the event itself, it’s a simple click away."

The votes for the 2016 M&IT Awards have been passed on to the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), before the finalists are revealed in January.
