MCI Group has rebranded its new US acquisition to focus on the luxury sector.

The professional conference organiser completed a deal for the New York-based Coulter Companies last year and launched MCI USA in February. Now named the Black Flower Agency, the division will specialise in event design and production, guest hospitality and experiences for luxury brands in and outside the United States.

“Black Flower Agency is more than just a new name, it represents an expanded value proposition for existing and prospective clients,” said Blake Kotenbrink, president of Black Flower Agency. “We now possess an extraordinary ability to serve global clients through a unified corporate platform. The result is an end-to-end ability to deliver on what we know to be our clients’ and our own high standards, wherever that need exists.”

Tom Gibson CEO of MCI USA, added: “Our merger with MCI and introduction of Black Flower Agency represents another key milestone in providing the reach and scope that our clients expect of their most essential agency relationships.”
