MCI partners teams up with Higher Logic

Partnership to provide 'targeted and robust customer experiences' for MCI clients

MCI has formed a new partnership with cloud-based community platform provider Higher Logic to help clients connect with their target audiences.


The partnership will see MCI and Higher Logic provide MCI clients across 31 countries with management, event and online community solutions.


Nikki Walker, global vice president of association management and consulting at MCI, said: "With the integration of Higher Logic’s online platform we will increase our clients’ capacity to actively engage with target audiences 365 days a year, build an interactive market place and extend grass roots collaboration, co-creation and content generation."
