MGN Events has expanded it's headcount by two as it reveals sales are expected to increase 130 per cent within two years.

The Surrey-based event management company welcomed Hettie Thomas as event coordinator and has offered a full-time apprenticeship Bradley Sewell, after last year's apprentice Josh Nash was promoted to production coordinator.

It comes as the agency continues to expand following a move to its new premises last year, revealing it is aiming for a 133 per cent growth in sales between March 2014 and 2016.

Mike Walker, MD of MGN Events said: "This last year has seen a significant investment in property and staff as we prepare ourselves for a busy 2017. As a business, we continue to push forward and have increased our turnover and gross profit for the fifth successive year.

"Our focus is on event management, production and high-end private parties and we also continue to ensure that we give young people opportunities to break into the industry as we take on our third apprentice in as many years. The future looks bright right now as we look forward to another year of growth."
