Marriott supports start-ups with pilot programme launch

Hotel group offering two start-ups the opportunity to test their products for six weeks

Marriott Hotels is helping tech entrepreneurs get on their feet by offering to pilot their products within the hotel portfolio.


The programme, MarriottTestBED, will give two budding start-ups six weeks to test their creation, as well as offer guidance and advice. The hotel group says it may offer an ongoing partnership following any successful trial.


Osama Hirzalla, vice president brand marketing & eCommerce Europe at Marriott International, said: "The wealth of talent and innovation lying in start-up communities is truly phenomenal and we’re delighted to offer two companies the chance to launch their idea or product to a global travel market, benefit from a tailored mentor scheme, and receive feedback from actual customers, which is invaluable."


Applications are being taken online here until Sunday 16 October.
