A UK events agency and venue finder is celebrating its 15th birthday this month by unveiling a new logo, while unveiling plans to grow business in the retail and publishing sectors.

Pure Consulting, which was founded by Cai Ferrer in 2001, will continue its anniversary celebrations in a series of client, supplier and staff events during May. The company is also celebrating after winning a contract with Bourjois make-up brand.

Ferrer said: "We are continuing to grow our retail division, which is headed by events director Rachel Leach, and are also growing in the publishing sector; we have several anniversary parties and launches coming up this year for our publishing clients."

The company has appointed Lucy Hudson as events coordinator.

Ferrer said some of the highlights over the years included the Sony Music's yearly BRITS party, Coty's experiential event to celebrate the success of David Beckham's fragrance, Justin Timberlake's 2013 album launch and a wrap party for the 2012 Paralympics Games.

Ferrer said: "I can't believe it has been 15 years since Pure started in a spare bedroom in North London.  I have been incredibly lucky that many of our clients have been with Pure from the beginning and remained loyal to us ever since.  I'm also very lucky to absolutely love my job and want to thank my amazing team of talented individuals who work incredibly hard and keep me laughing!"
