Rapiergroup and its medical-focused arm Hampton Medical Conferences (HMC) have achieved four ISO standards after two years of dedicated work towards it.

The group has been accredited with ISO 9001 (reflective of quality management systems), ISO 20121 (showing events are sustainable-focused), ISO 14001 (showing environmental impact is being measured and improved) and OHSAS18001 (showing priority for occupational health and safety risks).

The company worked with external consultants FPL to achieve the standards, who said it was impressive feat given the "size and scope of Rapiergroup's operational activity".

Kathryn Bell, director of internal operations at Rapiergroup, said: "We’re delighted to have received accreditation for these four important ISO standards. This achievement demonstrates our commitment to quality for both our customers and employees and truly sets us apart."
