Record 2015 sees Slido near 6,000 events

Event tech firm also strengthened teams in London and Bratislava, as well as opening Malaysian office

Increased demand saw almost 6,000 events worldwide use the Slido audience interaction tool, a record figure for the event tech company.

Due to significant increase in demand, Slido strengthened its teams in London and Bratislava in 2015 as well as establishing a new office in Kuala Lumpur to support its growing customer base in Asia.

Throughout 2015, more than 350,000 active users used the platform to ask more than 200,000 questions and submit more than half a million poll votes. 

CEO Peter Komornik said: “2015 was a great year for Slido and saw us hit many significant milestones such as 1,000 events in one month, winning two prestigious industry awards and launching several important product innovations. 

"We are very grateful to our customers for their trust and we stay committed to delivering the best possible user experience and support. We expect the growth to continue in 2016, as we plan to strengthen our USA presence in the coming months.”
