Right Angle’s new agency to offer ‘premium’ team building

Norwich company launches The London Team Building Company to capitalise on high-calibre new clients

Art heists and cybercrime scenarios are among the high-end team building offers from new agency The London Team Building Company.

A division of Norwich-based Right Angle Events, The London Team Building Company was founded in response to an increase in high value clients especially in the pharma and finance sectors, says director Lizzy Gaskin. And as an estimated 85 per cent of Right Angle’s clients are based in the capital, Gaskin says it made sense to take advantage with the new venture.

“In the last year we noticed an increase in the calibre of client,” she said. “So we wanted to bring something really premium to the market. All the experiences we offer are unique, we wanted to come up with something really special.”

An initial team of three Right Angle staff have set up the London office, while all administration will take place from the Norwich headquarters.

The London Team Building Company has teamed up with galleries to mock-up art heists, while another scenario sees delegates escaping London after a cyberattack. Their performance on the task dictates which method of transport is used, from Santander ‘Boris bike’ Cycles to helicopters.

Right Angle has grown from a team of four to 12 full time staff, with around 10 freelancers, since it was founded four years ago.
