Travel management company CTI is ringing the changes with a number of key appointments and promotions – including a new general manager.

Patricia Stanier has joined CTI as GM, having previously held a similar role with HRG for more than 10 years.

Working alongside CTI chief executive Clive Wratten, Stanier will oversee the five CTI Travel offices with responsibility for day to day operations, client service delivery and staff performance.

Wratten said: "Our business is constantly evolving to ensure that our teams hold the most appropriate and effective roles. Recruiting and promoting is a key part of maintaining that the people are an essential ingredient to the success of CTI.”

Meanwhile, Sue Holmes joins CTI as head of management information systems, responsible for CTI’s overall reporting systems.

Formerly head of multi-national sales, Mike Jones has been promoted to director of sales and will manage the travel sales team, as well as developing CTI’s global partnership programme.

Anne-Marie Crawford moves to a new role as director of client management & sales – hotels, while Matt Lambert, formerly manager of CTI's Hull office, has been promoted to director of travel operations.
